Wren laid on her back near the waterfalls edge running her hand over the cool water pooling at it’s bottom. She quietly hummed to herself as she felt the cool water seep into her skin. From a young age Wren could never get enough of water. Drinking it, swimming in it, even looking at it. She sighed to herself closing her eyes. During the weekends she finally got to relax. Not nervous about having people stare at her due to her beauty she could finally rip of her bulky sweatshirts and replace them with silky tops, and she could finally sing knowing that nobody would be drawn to her. She smiled and began humming to herself, loving the feel of her vocal cords vibrating once again.

Rixon stuck to the shadows of the Mystique making sure that nobody caught him as he slipped out of the enclosement. He furreled his wings back into his back throwing a shirt over his body before he emerged into the human world. His blonde hair was hanging down into his dreamy green eyes as he headed deeper into the town going to the place where some of the other power holders would meet to dance, and have a good time. Rixon slipped into the underground building as the bass began filling his ears.

Carina looked around, as she let her white and gold wings spread out, fluttering fairy dust on herself as she shrunk down to a microscopic size, sneaking behind the waterfall that seperated the two worlds, past the guards..This couldn't really be considered a special power of hers, since all fairies had that ability. She then went back to normal size and made her wings disappear so she could walk in peace. She wore a simple black dress with a silver belt, black heels and silver earringis s. A friend from school had invited her to this underground dance place she heard about. She didn't want to go, but her friend begged her. She looked around when she walked in, pushing her mocha hair out of her olive eyes, looking around shyly.

Thomas was walking around, wearing a simple white tee, denim jeans and converse sneakers, practicing his spells. He wanted to test some on nature, specifically nature, so he decided to head to one of the waterfalls. As he arrived at his destination, he saw Wren, and stopped in his tracks. Wow. She's...gorgeous, he thought. He shook his head. As pretty as he was, he knew--or at least heard--that sirens were pretty dangerous.

Wren hummed louder letting the notes escape her lips thinking that she was alone at the waterfall ,until she heard a twig break in the distance. She immediatly gasped and raised herself from the cool ground. She gazed around the woods nervously wiping her wet, cool hand on her silky fabric of her dress. She had to get out of here, and fast. She scrabbled over the slipery rocks on the waterfall.

RIxon headed into the club scene blending in as if he were a normal teenager. Girls swarmed him wanting to buy him drinks and dance with him but he ignored them placing his words in there heads to turn around and leave him alone. That was until he spotted a girl across the room in a black  dress, with dark lucios hair he couldn't resist. He smiled at her raising his eyebrows in her direaction.

Carina's eyes widened a bit when she noticed him. Was that cute boy smiling at her? She blushed, looking down before looking back up, waving shyly.

Thomas saw her try to get away. He sighed, running and following her. "Wait!" he called. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to startle you!" He had no idea why she was running away, really. Maybe I scared her, he thought.

Wren turned around as she heard her follower speak out. She tried to keep her back to him as she replied. "It's....okay" she said through gritted teeth as she tried to continue on her path but slipped.

Rixon ran a hand through his hair and winked at the girl from across the room before he dissapeared into the sea of people on the dance floor.

Carina blushed deeply when he winked at her, biting her lip. Maybe he thinks I'm cute or something...? she thought. Pondering this, she continued to think as she absentmindedly walked on the dance floor, bumping into the guy again. "Sorry, my fault," she said.

Thomas gasped a little when he saw her slip. He ran up to her, kneeled down beside her, and helped her up. "Are you alright?" he asked.

"No, no the pleasure is all mine" Rixon said extending his hand to the girl. He brought it to his lips kissing it softly. "I'm Rixon" he said grinning crookedly, his British accent clearly showing.

"I'm fine" she said roughly turning to face the guy helping her upright. Crap, she thought to herself, now that he had seen her eyes he was probually going to be tranced for who knows how long. She broke away from his grip hopeing he wouldn't follow he but she knew she wasn't that lucky.

Carina blushed when he kissed her hand and when he spoke, thinking, His accent is so cute, before saying softly, "My name is Carina. It's nice to meet you."

Thomas smiled a little to himself, thinking, She must be shy. Sirens are usually social around here. "Um, I would like to properly introduce myself; my name is Thomas."

"Beautiful name for and even more beautiful girl" Rixon said smiling. "Care to dance?" He said reaching for her other hand.


Wren stopped in her tracks, she wanted to keep walking but something inside her was telling her to stop. Unable to turn and face him, she just muttered: "Wren...I'm Wren"

Carina nodded with a small smile, as she said, "I'm not much of a dancer, but sure." She then looked down at their hands and began to blush again.

Thomas nodded. "Nice to properly meet you, Wren. You're a siren, I'm guessing. I'm a warlock," he said, pushing his hair out of his eye.

"I'm sure I could teach you" he said placing his hands on her hips as he swayed with her to the hip hop beat blasting in the background.

Wren clenched her fists at her sides. "You're not supposed to know that" she said sighing. She finally turned around facing him her blue eyes looking down at the ground. "Nice to meet you too" she said. This was the first time she had talked to someone in a long time and she didn't exactly know manners very well.

Carina smiled, swaying with him. "You're very kind," she said, looking up at him behind her shoulder. "Thank you."

Thomas nodded and raised his eyebrow. "...Hey, why am I not supposed to know that?" he asked.

Rixon chucked to himself, "You are very welcome" he said spinning her around.

"Because" she said "Because I didn't want anybody to know what I am, who...I am."

Carina giggled when he spun her around. "Hey..." she said quietly. "I think I've...seen you at school." She only spoke in a quiet tone because she was mentioning Mystique's high school.

Thomas shook his head. "Why? You seem pretty cool. You have a nice voice and a nice appearance. And I'm sure you'd make friends easily." he said.

"Oh...I see" Rixon said darkly, he was always excited to learn about other people's powers. "May I ask what you are" he said leaning in to wisper into her ear.

"It's a curse.." she said raising her eyes to meet him "...to never know if someone wants to befriend you for you, or for your looks and voice" she said looking at him.

Carina nodded, turning around, before whispering in his ear, "I'm a fairy. What about you?"

Thomas nodded. "Ah. Well, even if you weren't a siren, I'd still  befriend you. I don't befriend  people based on looks. I have a feeling you're a cool person," he earnestly said with a smile.

"Angel...a uh Fallen Angel that is" he said fully grinning now. He held her against his chest swaying her back and forth.

"T...thanks" Wren said quietly, barely even above a wisper. She pushed a piece of damp hair from her face nervously, "That means alot" she said.

Carina blushed as she danced with him, noticing a slow song was on. "...No wonder you're so handsome," she whispered. Oh my gosh, did I just say that out loud? she thought.

Thomas smiled, nodding. "No problem." he said. "Would you like to go to the coffee shop or something? You look kind of cold after spending time in that water." he said.

"Hmmm?" Rixon said chuckling feeling a hot blush creep up her skin. Since he could read minds he heard her thoughts right then. "Yes you did" he said laughing a bit now.

"Sure!" Wren said excitedly, she had never been invited to go anywhere with anybody before. "I...I would love to" she said smiling at him, thinking to herself wow, he's sorta cute.

Carina's eyes widened. "You can read minds too...wow." She giggled nervously, looking down. "Um, sorry if I'm being weird..."

Thomas grinned. "Great," he said, extending his arm out to her. "Shall we, my lady?" he asked politely.
