Camren listened, thinking. Wren and himself were almost pressing against eachother, his mouth close to her forehead. He was trying to listen but the heat from her body distracted him. He sighed, giving in. He pushed her head up, easing his lips on hers. They seemed to match perfectly, like they were made for eachother. He smiled through his lips, trying not to ruin the moment. He glanced at her through his eyelids, but closing them quickly. He couldn't tell if she wanted him to stop or not, it wasn't over the top make-out. But it was sweet, gentlemanly.

Kelsey just smiled, "You think I'm the kind of girl who cares about popularity, Gale?" her smile dropped from her lips and a small chuckle escaping. "Screw you, Gale." shaking her head, she watched him. She didn't regret anything she'd said, it didn't hurt him half as much he might have thought he hurt her. 'If you love someone, set them free.' she thought, 'If they come back they're yours; if they don't they never were.' She sighed, she wanted him to chase her. She wanted him to follow, take her in his arms and beg for mercy. But he was Gale, and she was Kelsey. And she didn't see that happening. 

Wren almost gasped as she felt Cam first lift her chin and then press his soft lips against hers, but she immediatly got used to it, fluttering her eyelids closed. She was kissng Cam....Cam was kissing her, she couldn't even believe it! She loved how gentle he was, how soft, and how much of a romatic kiss it was, exactly how she pictured it with him and more. She didn't want there lips to part but she felt selfish for ignoring the whole Gale and Kelsey situation. She slightly parted her lips from his a blush flodding over her face.

"You...you know that's not what I mean!" Gale said trying to stop himself from yelling, he angrily ran his hand through his hair. He was beauting himself up inside as she walked away, he wanted to say something, anything to make her stay, he couldn't let it end like this. "I love you" he said in a quiet voice, "I...Iove you" he said a bit louder "I love you Kelsey" he said strongly, his body filling with emotion as he finally admitted it, was she going to reject him, the girl he actually for once finally loved? He didn't know how he would handle it.

Camren chuckled, quietly. He understood while she pulled away, he took her hand again. "What should we do?" he whispered. He glanced at them, "They don't look like they're fig-" he gasped, "Please, don't tell me that he just told her that he loves her.." he said. He fought the anger. Gale. Kelsey. Kelsey and Gale. No, they were horrible for eachother. But the more he thought about it, the more he realized how perfect they were together. And how he would be a hypocrite if he tried stopping them, since he loved Wren and all..

Kelsey wanted to stop as the words slipped from his lips, "Gale.." she whispered. She couldn't believe him, "If you're lying, Gale, that's a sick joke." she said, staring at him. She took some steps toward him but they were still far from eachother. 

Wren couldn't help but smile as Cam took her hand, he just loved his small gestures. "Oh. My. God" Wren said under her breathe, she did just hear what Cam thought he heard. Was this just another one of Kelsey's flings, had she always felt this way about her brother, what hadn't she ever told her?!?! But Gale, she knew Gale, and he would never tell a girl he loved her unless he didn't, which means he really loved her best friend, and Kelsey might be breaking him forever. "He means it Cam, I know it" she said.

Gale took a deep breath trying to calm his nerves down. "I" he said having to clear his throat that seemed all of a sudden dry, "I would...I would never lie to you like that" he said his voice wavering due to emotion "I truly, love you" he said meeting her eyes, not ever wanting to have to look away. She was beautiful, he wanted her to be his.

Camren nodded, "Yeah, i think he does too." he said, sighing. His thumb traced her neck, she was so interested in them she wasn't paying attention, but his eyes were looking at every little bit of detail she had on her face. Her eyes that light shade blue, her lips slightly open. He smiled, watching her watch them. 

Kelsey walk towards him they were close now, her eyes narrowed at him. "Gale Evergreen," she said trying hard not to smile, "I love you too." she took his hand. "And don't ever do that to me again." she smirked, she could see somebody's feet peeking out behind the lockers, they were black Vans.. she chuckled. She took Gale's hand and pulled him behind her, walking away. "Where to?" they walked outside, she looked at him. 

Wren nervously played with her hair with her free hand, hating the suspense as Kelsey finally says she loved him too. She lets out a deep sigh of relief, turning back to Cam as his thumb played along her neck. "Now, about that biology project..." she said smiling playfully

Gale couldn't smile and wider, he ran over to her and lifted her up in his arms spinning her around before setting her delicatley back down. "God I love you" he said barrying his face into her neck and kissing her over and over again making over the top smootching noises, trying to make her laugh. "I say we go whever the lady wants to go" he said grabbing her hand in his.

Cam laughed, "My house or yours, my darling." he chuckled. He let his hand fall, putting them both in his pockets. He started walking along side of her. Their steps were in sync, as they walked down to his car, he grabbed her hand again. He liked the little things just to make her smile, which she did easily. He looked at her, her face in sunlight. She always looked so peaceful, like she didn't have a care in the world. 

Kelsey laughed loudly when he picked her up, "Gale.." she said wisfully. "Gale." she said smiling through the words, his arms were so strong. It felt like him in her arms, she could be there forever. "Let's get thai food and then go sit at my house." she said, smiling as he grabbed her hand. 'What about Amelia..' she thought. She didn't want to ruin anything, so she kept quiet. She was happy, the thought faded away fast. She bumped hips with him as they walked. 

"Mine," she said smiling as they headed out towards his car, "I've got a frozen pizza and a pot of coffee with our names on it" she said laughing a bit as they stopped in front of his car. She glanced up and Cam was staring at her, and she was staring at him, and she felt utterly and completely happy. She wished she could just stand there forever, but she opened the door to Cam's car and hopped inside.

Gale hugged her against him, grinning as she said his name. "Does this mean I have to let go of you now" he said making a sad face at her, "Okay okay fine" he said realeasing her off her facial expressions, but he still grabbed her hand never wanting her to get away from him "I think that is a fine plan, as long as we get pinnaple fried rice and cuddle all night" he said walking out to her car.

Camren nodded, "Sounds like a plan, Stan." he said as she got into his car. He closed the door behind her and walked to his side of the car, opening his door, his slipped in. Turning on the ignition and cooling down the car, Wren fiddled with the radio and be began driving. "I've never been to your house," he said, glancing at her. He drove a good speed, he was always a responsible driver.

Kelsey felt her phone vibrate, she looked down and saw that her mom had texted her.

Kels, see if you can go to Wren's house. Me and your father are having people over. So if you were planning to have anybody over, don't. Love you. Mom. 

She sighed, "I can't have you at my house tonight, do you think i could stay with you?" she tilted her head, "I can sleep on your floor if you want." she said, chuckling. She didn't know how Gale would react, she'd been to his house mulitiple times. She opened her car door, stepping in. She sat and waited for his answer. She took out her phone and texted Camren.

Cammy, Mom said that we can't have anybody over. So, if you were planning to have anyone over, don't. So find someone's house to stay at. Unless you wanna see Mom drunk and excited.

She put her phone in the cup-holder, smiling.

Wren found a station she liked and settled into the seat, "Really? I mean I could have sworn you drove Kel there almost every day during the summer before she got her license, you never even walked her to the door?" she said smiling over at him. She wanted to grab his hand, or lean on his shoulder, but she knew Cam liked to be a responsible driver and she trusted him that way.

"Okay, okay fine, then Thai food at my place" he said turning on the ignition, buckling his seat belt. He ran a hand through his hair as he sped out of the parking lot towards Kel and his favorite thai place, ordering a few dishes to go. The smell filled the car and his mouth watered as he pulled into the driveway of his house. He hopped out of the car opening Kel's door for her as he carried the to-go bag inside. 

Camren laughed, "It's Kelsey we're talking about here.." she shook his head as he turned onto ther street, "She's my sister, she didn't even want me to drive her back then. She's so stubborn." he chuckled. He pulled in front of her house, turning off the engine and stepping out. As soon as they began walking he took her hand, "Do you have all your stuff for your biology project, Wren?" he said as she unlocked the door. Camren looked at his phone, sighing. Guess he'd be sleeping in his car tonight. 

Kelsey laughed, but stopped because her stomach growled as soon as Gale brought the thai food back into the car. "Oh my goodness, that smells so good." she said, grabbing her stomach. --- When they got to his house, she saw that Cam's car was in the driveway.. She didn't know what all that was about. She looked at Gale, he opened his house door for her. She smiled, she loved his house. 

"Mmmhm, It's um all up in my room, I only really need help pasteing all the things on my poster and printing out my citations" she said heading up the stairs. She heard her parents chuckling in the great room, guests were clearly over. "What are you waiting for come on" she said grabbing his hand as he stared down at his phone, leading him upstairs.

Gale grinned at her as he opened the door, he looked in and saw Kelsey's parents and his parents talking so he didn't want to bug them. "How about you head up to my room and I'll grab some napkins and plates" he said motioning her to go upstairs. He also found it odd that Camerons car was in the driveway, but he was sure Wren an him were probually working on there debate speeches or something nerdy. He grabbed some things from the kitchen and headed up stairs after Kel.

He thought he heard laughing too, tilting his head. He followed her up the stairs, "I was just reading something.." he said discombobulated. He let go of her hand, but walking steadily behind her down the hall way. Their house was nice, clean, big. Just like Cam's and Kelsey's. 

Kelsey nodded, "See you up there!" she said, walking away. She ran up the stairs out of habit, she head talking coming from Wren's room. And she hadn't talked to her for awhile, they were best friends. But oddly, there were both so busy lately. She hadn't recieved nor sent a text to her for ages. She walked down to Wren's room, but she heard talking. She was probably on the phone. She decided to open the door to her room, "Hey Wr-" her mouth dropped. 

"Mmmhm? What was it?" Wren said opening her bedroom door,( bedroom looks likes this). She set her backpack down from school by her desk and kicked off her shoes, shoving them in her closet. She went and sat on her bed patting it next to her for Cam to come sit by her when she heard the door open, and to no suprise it was Kel. She immediatly blushed as she saw her friends mouth gape open, she felt as though she hadn't talked to Kelsey in ages, were they growing apart, she didn't want to think that way. "Hi" she said lamely.

Gale headed towards the opposite side of the hall as he went upstairs into his bedroom, (his bedroom looks like this). He glanced around him room seeing that Kelsey wasn't there. "Hey...Kel?" he said glanding out from his bedroom down the hallway, maybe she was using the bathroom...or talking to Wren.

Camren shook his head, "My mom. She just told me to find a place to sleep, i'll probably just sleep in my backseat." he chuckled, looking away. He sat down next to her, laying his back on the bed. He heard the door open but didn't think much of it. He heard Wren talk, and looked at her thinking she was going to kiss him. He sat up and saw that Kelsey was in the doorway, "Kelsey?" he said. "What's go-" but then he heard Gale speak, "Oh." he said, looking away. He was never too protective over her.

Kelsey tilted her head, "Well, hello to you too.." she said chuckling. She took a step back, "Have fun you two.." she said laughing, closing the door behind her. She found Gale in the doorway of his room, "Wren's in there with Camren." she said, "Nice room." she said, plopping herself on his bed. It was nice in there, comfy. Home. She smiled at him, "Bring me the food, i'm starved."

"Kel..." she said getting up off the bed, "It's not what it looks like" she said, but it was too late, she was already down the hall and closed inside Gale's room. She groaned flopping back on the bed next to Cam, "You can stay here Cam, I don't mind at all" she said through the covers. She was blushing too much so she didn't want him to see her face, her best friend has just walked in on her almost kissing her brother...but who knows what she was doing with Gale in the other room.

"Thanks" he said smiling "Yeah, I saw his car, they working on a project or something" he said filling his plate with some rice and noodles shoveling it into his mouth like a guy. He handed her over a plate he had piled on food up on, scooting over to make room for her on his bed. He turned on the radio quietly for some background noise.

Camren smiled, "Are you sure?" he said, turning his head to face hers. She was looking at her ceiling and he was looking at her, their legs off the bed, her hand in his. It was a Kodak moment. He looked around, “Your room is nice,” he said. He could get used to it in here. And the bed was big enough for both of them, but he thought that would make her uncomfortable. So he’d probably just sleep on the floor. “We should probably get started on that project of yours,” he said. He sat up, resting his hand next to her head and leaned over her resting his lips on hers, she was still laying flat. His body twisted sideways, his torso over hers a little bit. He rested his other hand on her side..

Kelsey smiled, she looked at the plate he gave her. It didn’t have hardly enough food on it, she laughed. She put some more food on it, digging in herself. She sat cross-legged, leaning against a pillow. She watched him, he was so into his food she laughed. She wondered what he wanted to do.. later tonight. She didn’t know how open he was about those kinds of things, and she didn’t want to be prejudiced and assume anything. When she was done, she set down her plate. Leaning against the wall, holding her stomach; waiting for him to finish.

"Thanks, and yeah it's not big deal at all" she said smiling over at him, she sighed as the silence filled the room. She liked it, how even with the silence she could still feel like they were talking. The next second she felt Cam lean over her, his soft lips pressing on hers as she almost gasped. She leaned away from him lips a bit, "I didn't know this was science" she said gazing up at him from, her eyes brows tilted slightly, teasingly.

"You know what" he said looking over at Kelsey "You're cute when you eat" he said. "No wait, your cute when you do everything I take it back" he said. He set his plate on the ground reaching over to stroke her hair. "You're cute when you smile, when you laugh, when you talk, and even rub your belly" he said laughing, pushing a piece of hair behind her ear. He was going to close the distance between them with a kiss but he decided to just wait, look at her face, cherish this moment.
