Twenty four teenagers one boy and one girl from each 12 districts from ages 12-18 will be picked to be sent into The Arena in the Capitol to partake in a fight to the death. Who will reign victorious? Who will get killed? Will it be you? There’s only one way to find out. May the odds be Ever in your favor, because only one will be the winner. District 1: Luxury Goods. District 2: Masonry/Military. District 3: Machinery/Electronics. District 4: Fishing. District 5: Power. District 6: Transportation. District 7: Lumber. District 8: Textiles. Harley was born and raised into District 1, her family has a good amount of money. She has 2 sisters and 1 brother. She's been trained to be here, this is her destiny, to fight, to win. Harley is very hard-headed, she does what she wants when she wants to. Which tends to get her in trouble with her family and her District. Her parents never really wanted her to be in the Games, but Harley was determined. As you'll soon find out, Harley voluntered to be in the games. Not to save anyone, but because she needed this. To prove to her family that's she's not just a rebel without a cause. Harleys life in her eyes is the Games and she'll do anything she can to win. Tuck was brought up into a big family, so in his mind if he dies nobody will notice. Tuck is humble, he's good at combat but won't show it. He has a strategy already set and stone. He's not here to make friends, but he doesn't have the drive to actually win but, he knows that he'll try. He's also scared to say the least. He doesn't want to lose his family even though they don't realize he's there half the time. He wants to be able to tuck his his little brother Devin and make sure he's always warm and fed. He'll miss the little things. Like his girlfriend, Amelia. Who he's loved forever.

Wren lives in District 9 on a small wheat farm that her father and 13 year old brother Lucas Evergreen work hard on dawn till sunset as ordered by the capitol. Her mother died when Wren was only 4 while in child labor with her brother who never seems to forgive himself. Wren takes charge of the family, helping her brother, making sure some kind of dinner is on the table whether it be stale bread or canned beans since her father is normally as drunk as can be ever since Lea, their mother passed. She’s sick of her father’s addiction that costs them hard earned money that could be spent in a better way and he often beats her when he’s in a bad mood leaving her bruised and even bloody. Wren has never been a fighter, although she does despise the capitol, she’s never hurt a soul in her life. Although she’s not a fighter, she is a fast runner and can deflect a punch pretty well thanks to her dad. Since she was a younger girl, her and her brother would have races through the rows of grain and soybeans, she would always win, her long lean legs give her this advantage, but she knows being fast isn’t going to save her in the arena, for long. Wren is also good at finding edible plants and berries since she grew up on a farm, which may also help her in the games in staying fed. On the day of the reaping (or the day peoples names are drawn) Wren could barely keep herself from breaking down in front of the television cameras as her brothers name was called. This was the first time in the Hunger Games history that anyone from the same family had to go, and she knew that she would do anything, anything, to protect her brother, her father not so much.
Lucas is Wren’s younger brother who just so happened to get his named called for the Hunger Games after his sister, but as well as she could suppress her feelings he couldn’t. He knew that she was going to try and keep him alive, and he knew they were both probably going to die trying. Lucas was always a quiet kid, much like his sister. He kept to himself and worked day in and day out on the farm trying to get the family money although Wren was the one who did most of the rest. Although he wasn’t as fast as his sister, Lucas had a slingshot he received as a present as a kid and he was a pretty good shot at it. He could easily shoot a crow, or hit Wren dead center in the back when they were in the fields, as a joke of course. Lucas was also pretty good at running, but he was never as fast as his sister. Although Lucas hated watching his father beat his sister, he couldn’t do anything about it since he was much younger. He once tried to break up a fight and only found himself with a black eye, so he let his father take it out on Wren who could stand up to him. He sometimes fought with Wren over their father, whereas Wren saw him as a sick fool who left them Lucas still felt bad for his father, just as he felt bad for himself. He watched his father deteriorate over the years but he didn’t know what to do, he was already too far gone, and if they both didn’t make it he feared his father would let the addiction get the best of him and die of hunger or blood poisoning

Ryder has been trained to kill his whole life. As an only child in District 1, Ryder has been pampered by his parents into a killing machine, and when his name wasn’t called at the reaping, he knew it was his time to step up and win the glory of the Hunger Games, so he volunteered over a 15 year old boy that’s name was called earning him some shock from the crowd. Ryder is good with swords, knives, bows&arrows, spears, anything sharp that you hand him, although he does lack in the brain category which can sometimes win the games, but he’s sure it’s not. Ryder is extremely cocky and full of himself and thinks nothing much of his competitors. He’s not exactly fast or very swift at 6’1 with a large build, but he has a lot of power and he knows how to use it. Ryder was always greedy since in District 1 he got everything he ever wanted, and he’s well sort of a jerk. Ryder doesn’t know exactly what to think about Harley, but he sees her as a possible ally since she at least must know some battle skills like him. Someone to use and then ditch to win, a pawn he can play. But is Ryder really as prepared as he thinks, or will he fall just as easy as the inexperienced

Raena Mae was born into a rather wealthy family due to the fact that her mother is one of the most skilled masons to ever exist and her father was crowned the champion of the games many years ago. Due to the fact that her father is one of the toughest males in the district, her survival skills are far beyond the level of others. When the games started to creep around the corner, just out of safety, her father began training her in their basement. Her mother swore her name wouldn't be called due to the fact that there were many other names in the chamber, ones that have been put in far more times than her own. The day she gathered with the rest of the youth in her district, she had no fear her name would be called. There was a small possibility, afterall. Though, the moment she heard her name, her whole world changed. She had to leave her loving parents to fight for her right to live. Raena was the type of girl that looked at life as a carnival. She believed she was lucky to have the things she had and she cherished every moment. Now, she's confident that she'd step on anyone to come out on top. She was always one to befriend strangers, but that also changed. Elijah porter grew up in a family of eight. His mother and his six siblings. Every year that passed, he'd thank the heavens that his name wasn't drawn considering the fact that he's the one providing the income for his family. You see, his mother has been sick for a long time and he'd do anything to keep her and his siblings healthy. It surprises him that his name has yet to be called considering he's added his name numerous times for the little things that'd keep his family alive. He had prayed numerous times the day the names were chosen. He didn't want to be called for the simple reason he'd be forced to leave his family. The moment his name was drawn, he felt broken. He turned eyeing his girlfriend in the distance. All he could see was the tears streaming down her face. Sophie was born into a poor family. Her mother died from a disease and she was left with her sick father. They never had much, but the day Elijah walked into her life, everything seemed to change. She was truly happy again, all because of him. When his name was called, her whole world crumbled. He had a 4.166% chance of making it out of there alive. Her tears came to a sudden hault as she heard her name. She, along with Elijah, were speachless as well as everyone else. A couple being the tributes? This couldn't end well. At least one of them would die.

These are going to suck, and I honestly should not make excuses for that, but, for what it's worth, I'm kind of sick and have a mini trashcan on the floor next to me filled with used tissues. If there's one thing Corinne has learned from growing up in District 6, it's that if there's a somewhere you want to be, there's ways and methods and short-cuts to get there. Transportation. It's kind of funny to think about now that she's being carted off to die, that there's ways to get where you want to be. She doesn't quite know where she wants to be now, and she certainly doesn't know how to get there. Corinne has always been someone who's known what she wanted, and it's frustrating to her to be caught up likes this- The easy way out is to say she just wants to survive, but she really doesn't. She doesn't have potential, doesn't have close family, doesn't have anything incredible about her worth keeping around. But she's betting someone in the games does- And to make sure someone who can change Panem makes it out of the arena? That's something that's surely worth dying for. So, yes, she's planning on being some sort of martyr, dying in a grand sacrifice, claiming the hearts of Panem citizens, going down in history. Because that's what the games is about, isn't it? Putting on a show. Well, god damn, she'll make sure she puts on a show. It's better to be dead and remembered than simply dead. Corinne is witty despite her age, though her appearance doesn't lie when it comes to strength- If she wants to survive for any period of time, she'll have to rely on strategy and allies, since brute strength is almost entirely out of the picture. I'll post my guy bio soon-ish. :L

Oh, wow. Soon-ish has become.. Not so soon-ish. My apologies, oy vey! Being in the games has been something Charlie has always been vaguely prepared for, but, well, not really at all. It was never expected that he would actually be chosen, especially since his name is only in the reaping the minimum of times since his family has had no need at all for tesserae. They're just lucky to be pretty well-off. Charlie has had some training, but it as mostly just kind of that hour every week where he messed around with some weapons and found that he was absolute shit at all of them. So, there's that. The only thing that he's really got as an advantage is that he's fast as hell, and kind of short for a guy at only 5'6''. He's always been a runner, both for leisure and a 'just in case' type thing. Being attractive has always been an advantage for him, but he's not sure how that's going to help him you know, not die. He's basically screwed, and he knows it. So his plan is to avoid everyone and find a decent hiding place, try and stick it out for as long as possible before the inevitable. Charlie is a nice guy, and even though he knows it will probably be necessary if he wants to survive at least a fucking minute, he doesn't really want to kill anyone. He's not trying to be a ridiculous pacifist or anything, he just. He doesn't see himself being able to. While he's starting to fear the death of others, a little, he doesn't fear it for himself. It's been a good 17 years.

Okay, so I'm thinking about starting this on Saturday. I know that sorta sucks, but not many people log on during the week so I think that would be better unless you guys think something different. If nobody else joins, then I'll just play the ones left here and there for some type of drama, like "District 4 boy followed after _____ in the woods and tossed a knife at him/her grazing there thigh" and pretty much you just have to kill them(: So yeah. Any questions/concerns ask.

Vladimir is from District 4. He thought that he was in the clear when it came time to send tribute, because he was close to his 19th birthday. Unfortunately, with only a month to spare, he was chosen and sent to the Hunger Games, despite much protest from his parents. Vlad accepted his fate with a cold dignity, not showing any outward signs of fear, or anger. In truth, he was terrified, and he felt cheated, he was so close to being able to relax for the first time in six years. Not much is known about Vlad, even by his friends in his district. He always kept to himself, kept himself distanced, a trait that should come in handy during the games. But, at the same time, his disconnect with other people may prove to be a weakness, as he shows little regard to consequences of his actions. Knowing this is a do or die situation, Vlad is curious himself as to whether he will step up and fight, or fall down into a certain death.
